KidsZone • London is a knowledge based website for professionals, parents and service providers who work in the world of children (0 -6 years age group). KidsZone • London has a user-friendly search facility covering a wide range of local services, events and childcare providers. The comprehensive directory includes information on: Statutory services - (Local Authorities, PCTs, Schools and Nurseries), Voluntary Sector organisations, Individuals, Childminders, Carers..., Social Enterprises, Private Sector and agencies, Play spaces and Other services (Doctors' surgeries, dentists, pharmacists, hospitals, ambulance and fire...) Since 1996 we have been closely involved with the production of learning and promotional resources for organisations working in the Children's Sector. Our KidsZone London team has expertise in on-line media and communications, cultural, social and economic issues. We are in touch with experts in universities and professionals working in children's health, learning and play.

Although we are initally concentrating on the web structure/content for 13 North East London Boroughs - KidsZone London aims to be a London-wide service with the intention of being “free at the point of use”. Also the site has been developed as ‘non-commercial’ driven project.
